Shipping
Sustainability is something we are constantly trying to improve within our personal and business lives. All packaging from Dirty Fabulous will be a mixture of recycled, reused and recyclable.
We ship our items with An Post within 4 working days of receiving your order. Customers will receive tracking numbers once shipped. Currently there may be delays or suspensions due to Covid-19 restrictions. If for any reason your item cannot be shipped to you with An Post we will contact you and issue you a refund.
Current shipping times are:
Ireland
Up to 4 working days from date of shipping. We offer a flat rate of €3.50 within Ireland and free shipping on orders over €100 within Ireland.
United Kingdom
Up to 7 working days from date of shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over €300. These do not include any extra import duties or taxes that might be incurred at point of entry.
United States
Up to 12 working days from date of shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. These do not include any extra import duties or taxes that might be incurred at point of entry. We offer free shipping on orders over €300.
International
Up to 12 working days from date of shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. These do not include any extra import duties or taxes that might be incurred at point of entry. We offer free shipping on orders over €300.
Returns Policy
We strive to give accurate measurements and descriptions on all our vintage goods. Our vintage pieces are between 40 to 110 years old and as such can show signs of wear. We endeavour to point out any and all flaws on each piece. We are always available to help so if you’d like more photos, information or measurements, please get in touch.
At this time we do not offer returns to international customers but if you feel there is an issue with your item then don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Customers within Ireland
Items can be returned within 4 days of receiving goods.
Requests for returns and refunds must be made within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Contact hello@dirtyfabulous.com beforehand to inform us of your return.
Goods must be unused, free of odours and in the same condition that you received them.
Customers are responsible for all returned shipping costs. Return shipping must be by registered, with tracked and traced post.
Items must be packaged in the manner they were posted to you. Any items received back damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and cannot offer a refund for items lost in returned post.
Discounted items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
On the rare occasion that an item is unavailable, ie, it has been purchased simultaneously in store, we will contact you ASAP to update you and offer an alternative or full refund.
Refunds will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase. The original cost of shipping your item to you will be deducted from your refund. We will process the payment within 3 working days of receiving and checking your items.
Unfortunately we will not accept returns or offer refunds on items which are late or do not adhere to the above conditions.
CARING FOR VINTAGE GARMENTS
Try using padded hangers, avoid metal ones.
Never store your vintage clothes in plastic bags… ever!
Always try steaming your vintage garment rather than ironing.
Vintage lace is especially delicate, always be extra gentle with this incredible fabric.
We recommend Dry Cleaning or hand washing for the majority of our vintage clothing; however please ask us for personal care instructions for your purchase if you are unsure.
Remember, our gorgeous collection can range between 10 to 110 years of age it is expected that some pieces may have minor flaws. The history of our clothing will enhance the charm and authenticity of a piece and we will endeavour to point out anything which affects the wear ability or value of an item.
