To ensure you get the most out of your time with us please read the following:
We have to be up close to our customers during appointments for taking measurements and fitting headpieces, so if you feel more comfortable if we wore a mask, just let us know. We’re happy to do so!
We recommend that you wear minimal to no make-up. If you have make-up on, a make-up protective hood will be provided to ensure it doesn’t rub off when trying on dresses.
Customers can bring up to two guests with them. If you were hoping to bring more people with you, we may be able to facilitate this on a midweek appointment, but two guests is the absolute maximum for a Saturday appointment. You are more than welcome to visit on your own, as we’ll be on hand to help and advise you. If you are bringing guests we recommend bringing someone whose opinion you really trust and who supports your style and vision for your wedding.
As much as we love children, we ask that you don’t bring them for your appointment. There are delicate items in store and it’s important that you can be the sole focus of your time with us.
Appointments will last for 1hr 15mins. Please try to ensure you are on time. If you are late it will leave you less time in store to try on and no one wants a rushed appointment!
For dress appointments we recommend bringing a supportive and strapless bra and to wear nude underwear. Please bring your own shoes for trying on with dresses.
For accessories appointments bring your dress or items with you that you want to match up with any accessories.
Toilet facilities will not be available as time for cleaning between appointments is limited.
Parking within Monaghan town is 50 cent per hour. There is usually on street parking just before the shop on Glaslough Street. There is also a large carpark further down the street on the right hand side. The Eircode of the shop is H18DF89.
If you’d like any dining recommendations before your visit just ask, there are lots of lovely options nearby.
Do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have been potentially exposed to Coronavirus, the same applies to your guests. We will happily reschedule your appointment to a new date when you are ready.
